Job Description

Ensure the department runs smoothly by handling everyday administrative tasks, maintaining confidentiality on sensitive matters, liaising with other departments on key tasks and organizing, managing and executing interdepartmental and CFO Office logistics.

Skills Required

  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and team working skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Qualifications Required

  • High School qualifications or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of job-related experience
